Job summary

Wideandwise is seeking a System and Operational Security Assistant Specialist to help maintain a robust, secure, and resilient IT infrastructure. You will support security configurations, monitor endpoint protection, and manage IAM within AD/Azure AD, while handling Microsoft 365 administration and related services.

The role emphasizes ISO 27001 and KVKK compliance, with opportunities to contribute to audits and technical documentation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Windows Server and Linux administration.
• 3+ years in AD, Exchange, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• 3+ years in cloud environments and security principles.
• At least 3 years with ISO 27001 and KVKK (Data Privacy) regulations.
• ISO 27001 Lead Auditor certification and other Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support security configurations and hardening across servers and apps.
• Monitor endpoint security health; assist with incident investigations.
• Manage user lifecycles in AD/Azure AD; report privileged accounts.
• Perform core admin tasks across Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Assist with ISO 27001, KVKK compliance and audit documentation.
