• Several years of experience in conceptualization and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors applications.
• At least one certification in areas like EC, ECP, Recruiting, and more.
• Willingness to learn, independence, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conceptual preparation and execution of SAP SuccessFactors consulting projects.
• Participation in pre-sales meetings and project application responsibility.
• Implementation of customer-specific configurations and training.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in the conceptualization and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors applications
• At least one SAP SuccessFactors certification in EC, ECP, Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Goals, Compensation, Succession & Development, Onboarding, Workzone
• Willingness to learn, independence, and a strong team spirit strong communication skills fluency in English
