Job summary

Yıldız Tech, dijital uygulamalar için SAP ABAP geliştirme ve yapay zeka entegrasyonlarına odaklanan bir rol sunuyor. Finans süreçlerini iyileştirmek amacıyla FI/CO projelerinde katkı sağlamak üzere yetenekli bir geliştirici arıyor.

Ekip çalışmasına yatkın, analitik düşünen ve teknolojilere hızlı uyum sağlayabilen adaylar aranmaktadır. Türkiye'de İstanbul merkezli konum için uygun adaylar tercih edilir ve uluslararası projelere katılım imkanı sunulabilir.

Qualifications

• Bilgisayar Bilimleri, Yazılım Mühendisliği, Bilgi Sistemleri veya ilgili alanda lisans.
• 2+ yıl SAP ABAP geliştirme deneyimi.
• FI/CO/S/4HANA Finance gibi SAP Finans projelerinde kanıtlanmış tecrübe.
• Genel muhasebe, Alacak/Ödeme, Sabit kıymetler, Maliyet merkezi ve Finansal Kapanış süreçlerini anlayış.
• İş gereksinimlerini teknik SAP çözümlerine çevirebilme yeteneği.
• Yapay zeka ilgi ve kurumsal uygulamalara ilgi.
• AI teknolojilerini, Vibe Coding, LLM tabanlı geliştirme ve AI kodlama asistanlarını hızla öğrenme yeteneği.
• SAP BTP, SAP Build, SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, Python veya Generative AI teknolojileri bilgisi önemli artı.
• Güçlü analitik düşünce, iletişim ve problem çözme becerileri.
• İyi sözlü ve yazılı İngilizce becerileri.

Responsibilities

• ABAP ile SAP çözümlerini tasarlayın, geliştirin ve iyileştirin.
• FI/CO SAP Finans projelerinin uygulanmasına katılın.
• İş süreçlerini analiz edin ve iyileştirme olanaklarını belirleyin.
• AI destekli SAP çözümlerini tasarlayın ve kurumsal entegrasyonları geliştirin.
• İş birimleri, çözüm mimarları ve SAP danışmanlarıyla yakın çalışın.
• Vibe Coding, AI tabanlı geliştirme ve ajan tabanlı iş akışlarını inceleyin.
• Prototipler oluşturarak kurumsal SAP çözümlerine ölçekli hale getirin.
• AI yetkinliklerini iş süreçlerine yol haritasına dahil edin.
• Çözüm kalitesini, performansı ve bakımı SAP standartlarına uygun sağlayın.

What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Design, develop, and enhance SAP solutions using ABAP in SAP environments.
• Participate in SAP Finance (FI/CO and related) implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
• Analyze end-to-end finance business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement AI-enabled SAP solutions that automate and optimize finance operations.
• Work closely with Finance business teams, solution architects, and SAP functional consultants.
• Explore, evaluate, and adopt emerging AI development approaches such as Vibe Coding, AI-assisted development, and agentic AI workflows.
• Build prototypes using modern AI tools and evolve them into scalable enterprise-grade SAP solutions.
• Contribute to SAP innovation roadmap by introducing AI capabilities into business processes.
• Ensure solution quality, performance, maintainability, and compliance with enterprise standards.

What will be the qualifications we expect from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Proven experience in SAP Finance projects (FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, Central Finance, or similar).
• Strong understanding of finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Financial Closing.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical SAP solutions.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and its enterprise applications.
• Willingness and capability to rapidly learn AI technologies, Vibe Coding approaches, LLM-based development, and AI coding assistants.
• Experience with SAP BTP, SAP Build, SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, Python, or Generative AI technologies is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written English.
