Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to drive our business development and customer engagement activities in the North African market. This role is essential in strengthening our presence in the region and requires a mix of technical knowledge, cultural awareness, and strong communication skills.

What Will You Do?

  • Conducting in-depth market research and customer acquisition activities aligned with company vision and regional targets
  • Managing and strengthening relationships with existing customers by building trust and ensuring long-term satisfaction
  • Performing regular customer visits (daily, weekly, and monthly) to maintain close engagement with the market
  • Monitoring all commercial and operational developments within the assigned region
  • Promoting the technical advantages, differentiators, and applications of HAUS Centrifuge Technologies products to support sales processes
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction
  • Representing the company in exhibitions, regional events, and technical presentations

What We Expect From You

  • Preferably holds a Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Proficient in English and Arabic or Turkish and Arabic, preferably French
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a result-oriented approach
  • Open to frequent international travel across North African countries
  • Ability to work in multicultural environments and adapt to dynamic working conditions
  • Residency in Istanbul or willingness to relocate is preferred
