A leading IT sales organization is seeking a motivated individual to develop customer relationships and generate business opportunities. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 2-7 years of experience in sales, and strong English communication skills. Build Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge subject to clear managerial direction
Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
Achieve quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
Engages in active selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements
Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
Identifies project opportunities and engages with technical team
Drives sales of specific products/ vendors if specific knowledge is required
Provides accurate and timely quotations
Generate and own a pipeline of deals in Prolink CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information

English knowledge (both written and spoken)
Numerate with good attention to detail

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, SAP
