Job summary

Everpure, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner to collaborate with METCA country and district managers. This role supports forecasting, pipeline management, performance analysis, and planning to drive seller productivity and execution across the region.

You will partner with leadership to translate regional priorities into actionable plans, ensure data hygiene in CRM, and coordinate cross-functional work with Finance, HR, and Deal Desk to remove friction and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related
Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, KPI reporting
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for sales leaders
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

Partner with Country and District Managers to provide operational analysis
Prepare and inspect forecasts and pipeline, highlight risks and opportunities
Coordinate district reviews with KPI analysis and action capture
Assess pipeline coverage, conversion, and seller productivity to identify gaps
Contribute to annual and in-year GTM planning through territory, account, capacity, and quota analysis
Coordinate cross-functional execution with Finance, HR, Deal Desk and others
