Make an impact and drive improvements

In this position you will be responsible for selling the organization's B2B products across multiple or non-specified channels within a designated territory, segment or account.

You will have the unique opportunity to report directly to our Sales Manager Yacht, UK, Greece, Portugal & Export and cooperate with other colleagues from all over the world. You will be instrumental in ensuring strong negotiations and long-lasting relationship with existing and new customers.

What you can look forward to in this role
  • Maintain and achieve the assigned annual sales target.
  • Perform sales analysis regularly to handle and achieve a yearly target.
  • Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and business.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times within the limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop long-term sales plans for key customers and accounts and supervise and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans.
  • Prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Previous experience of coating and/or chemical industry is desirable
  • Problem solving skills & ability to work independently
  • Proven closing skills
  • Understanding basic business practice including profit & loss analysis, tender, sales contract, etc
