About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading global companies in automotive sector.

Job Description

  • Achieving monthly plans for retail, collection and shipments;
  • Assessing seasonal trends, stocking requirements and recommend shipment plans;
  • Recommending organization structure to the distributor by assessing needs and identifying gaps;
  • Establishing and driving company sales processes and values in the region;
  • Understanding and providing timely communication to the management on local regulations, distributor profitability, market dynamics (price, competition products/ network, economy, etc.), product inadequacies, product quality etc.;
  • Planning sales promotion activities, market activation and new product launches to achieve business objective in line with the overall brand development strategy;
  • Conducting product and sales process training for distributor/dealer sales team;
  • Working with distributors and stakeholders of relevant enablers for 'concept selling' and initiating strategic programs;
  • Understanding customer insights and providing feedback to help develop suitable actions.

The Successful Applicant

Having a bachelor degree; Having at least 7-8 years of sales experience in automotive sector (cars, motorcycles or bikes); Deep understanding of automotive products; Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills; Strong Analytical mindset and reporting skills; Fluent in English.
