Job Description
- Build and manage annual sales budget; track results and drive corrective actions;
- Lead, coach, and coordinate the sales team; ensure cross-functional collaboration;
- Conduct joint customer visits to enhance satisfaction and develop the team;
- Design and execute projects to increase account-level profitability;
- Ensure on-time collections; operate credit/limit approval work-flows;
- Review, negotiate and approve annual contracts;
- Monitor market trends and competition; provide foresight to long-term strategies;
- Contribute to internal improvement projects; comply with company policies and ethics.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong Sales Leadership: Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving ambitious targets;
- Industrial Sales Experience: Minimum 8-7+ years in industrial/manufacturing sales environments;
- Advanced English Communication Skills (written & spoken);
- Proficiency in SAP, CRM systems and similar tech tools;
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or related fields);
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking; Commercial Intelligence;
