Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Expert to lead sales initiatives across the Aegean region. In this role, you’ll manage dealer networks, support key stakeholders, and drive growth for both residential and commercial cooling systems.

  • Drive sales of Single Split, Multi Split, Large Split, and VRF systems through our dealer network, ensuring strong market penetration across the Aegean region.
  • Present Residential and Commercial Cooling System products to key stakeholders—including designers, investors, and construction companies—highlighting the innovation and value of our solutions.
  • Lead project follow-up activities in the Aegean region, ensuring smooth execution from initiation to completion.
  • Oversee and optimize sales channel operations, strengthening dealer relationships to maximize regional performance.
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to system designers in the region, providing expert support and guiding them through optimal product selection.
  • Execute sales strategies and achieve defined targets, contributing to growth and market share expansion.
  • Monitor dealer performance to ensure sales targets are met, while maintaining strong and collaborative partnerships.
  • Identify and manage financial risks associated with the dealer network to ensure long-term stability and growth.
  • Conduct field-based competitor analysis to uncover market trends, opportunities, and threats, and strategically position our products.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales and regional performance reports, offering insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales channel management.
  • Strong understanding of Single Split, Multi Split, Large Splits, and VRF systems.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and openness to frequent travel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong organizational abilities.
  • Self-disciplined, motivated, and adaptable to a mobile working model.
  • Proficiency in English is a valuable asset.
