Sales Executive Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads.
- Developing customer accounts and traveling within the local area to drive business into the hotel/cluster, increasing market share across all revenue streams.
- Negotiating room rates and packages with corporate clients.
- Developing and implementing creative local marketing channels, including social media.
- Preparing company contracts in accordance with current business and pricing conditions.
- Working within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities.
- Collaborating with other hotel departments to enhance guest experience and build comprehensive sales programs.
- Attending sales events as required.
- Producing accurate and timely reports for the Sales Director and senior management, including appointments, calls, and business leads.
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer queries.
- Maintaining a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Delivering high levels of customer service.
- Adhering to grooming standards and demonstrating flexibility in various work situations.
- Working effectively under pressure and independently.
- Having proven experience in a sales role with a successful track record of closing sales.
