Overview

Position Purpose:

Reporting to the Country Senior Sales Director, this role is responsible for managing and developing specific sales channels within Türkiye. The position focuses on supporting revenue growth and customer development across assigned channels, while contributing to overall market share objectives in line with the country sales strategy. The role will also ensure effective collaboration with Business Units to deliver consistent customer experience and performance.

The Job
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor and track the performance of the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Building and implementing sales strategy with a focus on business development
  • Conduct regular sales planning sessions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to assess team performance and develop action plans for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
  • Train and mentor the team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and motivating team environment to drive success.
The Person
  • Bachelor’s degree graduation.
  • Excellent proficiency in English.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven leadership experience is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within a B2B & B2C environment.
  • Experience in managing sales channels and driving revenue growth across multiple customer segments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a preference of large team management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
