The in-store team strives to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. They work together to maintain the store's reputation, achieve sales targets, and reflect PVH’s values, ensuring the store remains a preferred destination for quality products and superior service. Position

The Sales Associate, reporting directly to the store management team, will serve as a Brand Ambassador, accompany customers through the sales process, and foster customer loyalty.

• Build relationships with an international customer base about PVH products and values
• Use effective sales techniques to meet set targets
• Promote the corporate culture and image as a Brand Ambassador
• Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work environment
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Control stock in the sales area and replenish missing products to ensure a full range of products and sizes

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a similar role in the retail sector
• Dynamic with strong operational and organizational skills
• Neat appearance and professional demeanor
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work shifts, especially on weekends
