The Sales Administrator plays a central and key role within ASUS sales organization.

This position is primarily responsible for completing administration of the sales/marketing processes for the Company. Success in this position depends on superior organization and time management, as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled specialist who completes tasks in creative and effective ways. The ability to identify problems, analyze information, and develop conceptual solutions to complex challenges is essential.

This individual takes ownership of the work requiring attention and is able to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

About the job

  • Focus on internal reports, such as PSI, Target tracker, promoter management control table
  • Respond to inquiries from customers regarding order status, product availability, product model name, part number, etc.
  • Process purchase orders
  • Handle marketing activities and sales-related procedures
  • Generate and prepare weekly reports for Sales, Account Managers, and customers
  • Monitor account inventories and sales figures
  • Oversee shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery
  • Multitask and shift priorities as needed
  • Generate reports for sales or supervisors when required
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Managers, Forwarders, Distributors, Logistics, Accounting, and Service departments to ensure timely shipments and invoicing, and follow up on RMA/DOA cases
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications and background

  • Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism
  • Must have a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Proven communication skills, both oral and written, with customers and colleagues
  • Customer-focused with an emphasis on efficiency and timeliness
  • Ability to foster trust and cooperation among colleagues
  • Some accounting experience is a plus
  • Work experience of more than two years but less than five years
  • Experience in the IT/Mobile industry preferred
  • Better if able to communicate in English
