Role: Safety Specialist

Department: HSE & Fire Department

Location: Adapazarı (Sakarya)

Job Description

Your Tasks will be:

• Preparing, revising and applying health, safety regulations and procedures
• Conducting Health and Safety orientation trainings
• Performing audits at TBT regarding 6331 Health and Safety regulation
• Preparing draft inspection reports to document inspection findings
• Following up updates on Health and Safety regulations
• Preparing periodic Health and Safety reports and presentations
• Planing emergency plan, fire hazard emergency and informing employees accordingly
• Ensuring necessary measures are taken and shared considering regional and local accidents
• Conducting and supporting corrective and preventive measures for Occupational Health and Safety
• Performing other Health and Safety related duties as assigned

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Environment, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety departments or other related fields
• C Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Minimum 6-8 years experience in safety
• Automotive experience is preferred
• Advanced computer skills; excellent users of MS Office
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical thinking, result oriented, fast in action but with detailed planning
• Team working oriented
• Having driving licence is preferred
• Completed military service or booked for paid military service for male candidates
• Residing/ able to reside in Sakarya or Kocaeli
