OYAK Cement in Istanbul region seeks a Risk and Business Continuity Specialist to lead the effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of corporate risks, and to develop business continuity plans ensuring resilience.

You will implement ERM framework, manage risk appetite, run Risk Committee reports, and coordinate BIA, DRP, drills, and ISO 22301 compliance; fluency in English and Turkish is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.

Responsabilités

• Develop, update, and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework.
• Identify, analyze, evaluate and report corporate risks.
• Define and maintain the organization’s risk appetite and tolerance levels, and report them to senior management.
• Organize and facilitate Risk Committee meetings and prepare related reports.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Develop and maintain the Business Continuity Policy and Strategy.
• Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to identify critical business processes and resources.
• Prepare and regularly update Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Organize and coordinate drills and exercises to test plan effectiveness.
• Develop Emergency Response and Crisis Communication Plans.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 22301 and other international business continuity standards.

Risk and Business Continuity Specialist

to join OYAK Cement, responsible for the effective identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting of corporate risks, as well as the development and implementation of business continuity plans to ensure organizational resilience and preparedness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in enterprise risk management, internal control, audit, or business continuity,
• Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, ISO 22301, and COSO ERM standards,
• Solid analytical thinking, reporting, and communication skills,
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with risk management software/tools,
• Preferably holding relevant certifications such as RIMAP or ISO 22301 Lead Implementer,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Turkish
