Job summary

Cencora bünyesinde Reyon Görevlisi arıyoruz. İstanbul’da ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan adaylar depo operasyonlarına destek verecek, ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrollerini yapacak, hasarlı ürünleri bildirecek ve stokları temin edeceklerdir.

Başvuru için lise diploması ve depo/logistik alanında temel deneyim tercih edilmektedir. 3 ay gibi kısa depo sayımı görevlerine katılım da beklenmektedir. Uygun adaylar Full time çalışma şeklinde değerlendirilecektir.

Qualifications

• Hızlı ve doğru hareket gerektiren depo süreçlerinde temel bilgi beklenir.
• Depo ve malzeme taşıma süreçlerinde temel bilgiye sahip olmak avantajdır.
• Takım ile uyum içinde çalışabilme becerisi önemlidir.

Responsibilities

• Reyonda mevcut ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrollerini yapmak.
• Hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine iletmek.
• Reyon stokunu kontrol ederek temin etmek ve güncellemek.
• Siparişleri sisteme uygun şekilde eksiksiz ve hızlı hazırlamak.
• Depo sayımı gibi periyodik görevlerde yer almak.

GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

• En az lise mezunu,
• Tercihen daha önce depo ve uygulamaları konusunda tecrübeli,
• Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek olan,
• Erkek adaylar için askerlik hizmetini tamamlamış,
• İstanbul 'da ikamet eden veya edebilecek olan,

Reyon Görevlisi aranmaktadır.

İŞ TANIMI

• Reyonda mevcut olan ve yeni gelen ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrollerini yapmak,
• Hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine bildirmek,
• Reyonundaki ürün çeşitliliği ve sayılarını kontrol ederek stoktan temin etmek,
• Sisteme yansıyan siparişleri tanımlı süreç ve prosedürlere uygun olarak eksiksiz ve hızlı bir şekilde hazırlamak,
• 3 ayda bir yapılan depo fiili sayımına katılmak vb. görevlerden sorumlu olacaktır.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required. Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements. Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials. Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations. Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements. Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools. Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions. Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs. Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action. Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities. Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
