Cencora, İzmir Şubesi’nde görevlendirilmek üzere depo ve reyon operasyonlarında çalışacak eleman arıyor. En az lise mezunu adaylar tercih edilirken, depo süreçlerine aşina, esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilen ve erkek adaylar için askerlikle ilişkisi bulunmayanlar değerlendirilecektir.

İş tanımında Reyonda miad ve fiyat kontrolleri yapma, hasarlı ürünleri bildirme ve stok temini gibi görevler yer almakta; siparişleri hızlı ve doğru şekilde sisteme işleme yeteneği beklenmektedir.

Qualifications

• Depo operasyonları hakkında temel bilgi sahibi olmak
• Stok kontrolü ve ürün hareketlerini takip etmek
• Güvenli depo çalışmasına uygun olmak

Responsabilités

• Reyondaki mevcut ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrollerini yapmak
• Hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine bildirmek
• Reyon stok çeşitliliğini ve miktarını kontrol ederek ihtiyaç halinde temin etmek
• Sisteme girilen siparişleri belirlenen süreç ve prosedürlere uygun olarak hızlı ve eksiksiz hazırlamak

Mandatory local laws shall also prevail. Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions. Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control. Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures. Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow. Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity. Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

• Tercihen daha önce depo ve uygulamaları konusunda tecrübeli;
• Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek olan;
• Erkek adaylar için askerlikle ilişiği bulunmayan.

Reyon Görevlisi aranmaktadır.

İŞ TANIMI

• Reyonda mevcut olan ve yeni gelen ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrollerini yapmak;
• Hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine bildirmek;
• Reyonundaki ürün çeşitliliği ve sayılarını kontrol ederek stoktan temin etmek;
• Sisteme yansıyan siparişleri tanımlı süreç ve prosedürlere uygun olarak eksiksiz ve hızlı bir şekilde hazırlamak.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.

• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
