Job summary

Alliance Healthcare İzmir Şubesi için Reyon Görevlisi pozisyonu aranmaktadır. Görevler arasında mevcut ve gelen ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrolleri yapmak, hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticiye bildirmek ve stoktan temin etmek bulunmaktadır.

Çalışan, reyonundaki ürün çeşitliliğini ve sayılarını kontrol eder, siparişleri standart süreçlere uygun olarak eksiksiz ve hızlı bir şekilde hazırlar. Lise diploması ve depo deneyimi temel şart olup, sıcaklık kontrollü taşıma bilgisi gereklidir.

Qualifications

• Yüksek okul diploması/ GED veya eşdeğer deneyim gereklidir.
• Depo destekleri, dağıtım operasyonları, sevkîyat, kabul, stok kontrolü veya ilgili alanda 2 yıl veya daha az tecrübe gereklidir.
• CSCP veya eşdeğer sertifikasyon tercih edilir.
• Depo operasyon süreçlerine aşinalık: kabul, depolama, picking, packing, staging ve sevk işlemleri.
• Stok hareketi izleme ve malzeme izlenebilirlik gereksinimleri hakkında bilgi.
• Sensitif ürünler için sıcaklık kontrollü taşıma gereksinimleri bilgisi.
• Ambalaj malzemeleri, tekrarlanabilir sevkiyat ekipmanları ve depo operasyonlarındaki ikmal uygulamaları.
• Sektör belgeleri, operasyonel kayıt tutma ve işlem süreçleri bilgisi.
• Güvenli malzeme taşıma uygulamaları ve depo ekipmanlarının kullanımı bilgisi.
• Belirlenen depo prosedürlerine ve standart iş talimatlarına uyum.
• Depo sistemlerinde operasyonel bilgileri güncelleme ve kayıt tutma yeteneği.
• Envanter, ambalaj, sevkiyat ve malzeme hareketleri için istisnaları tespit etme yeteneği.
• Zamanında ve doğru sipariş hazırlama ve malzeme hareketi faaliyetlerini destekleme yeteneği.
• Depo iş akışlarında birden çok rutin görevi doğrulukla yönetme yeteneği.
• Tanımlanmış işlemlere uygun olarak sıcaklık duyarlı malzemelerle çalışma yeteneği.

• Hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine bildirmek.
• Reyonundaki ürün çeşitliliğini ve sayılarını kontrol ederek stoktan temin etmek.
• Sisteme yansıyan siparişleri tanımlı süreç ve prosedürlere uygun olarak eksiksiz ve hızlı bir şekilde hazırlamak.

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.

Alliance Healthcare İzmir Şubesi’nde görevlendirilmek üzere; En az lise mezunu, Tercihen daha önce depo ve uygulamaları konusunda tecrübeli, Esnek çalışma saatlerine uyum sağlayabilecek olan, Erkek adaylar için askerlikle ilişiği bulunmayan. Reyon Görevlisi aranmaktadır.

İŞ TANIMI

Reyonda mevcut olan ve yeni gelen ürünlerin miad ve fiyat kontrollerini yapmak, Hasarlı veya miadı yaklaşan ürünleri yöneticisine bildirmek, Reyonundaki ürün çeşitliliği ve sayılarını kontrol ederek stoktan temin etmek, Sisteme yansıyan siparişleri tanımlı süreç ve prosedürlere uygun olarak eksiksiz ve hızlı bir şekilde hazırlamak.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Less than 2 years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations processes, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
• Knowledge in inventory control principles, stock movement tracking, and material traceability requirements.
• Knowledge in temperature-controlled handling and cold chain support requirements for sensitive products and materials.
• Knowledge in packaging materials, reusable shipping assets, and replenishment practices within warehouse operations.
• Knowledge in shipment documentation, operational recordkeeping, and transaction processing requirements.
• Knowledge in safe material handling practices and the use of warehouse equipment and tools.
• Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and standardized work instructions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and update operational information in warehouse systems and logs.
• Ability to identify inventory, packaging, shipment, and material handling exceptions for further action.
• Ability to support timely and accurate order preparation and material movement activities.
• Ability to manage multiple routine tasks across warehouse workflows while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to work with temperature-sensitive materials in line with defined handling requirements.
