World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.

Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.

About the Job:

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruiter to join our team and help us attract top talent across a variety of roles. In this position, you'll manage important stages of the recruitment process while delivering a great candidate experience. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and play a key role in shaping our growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our Applicant Tracking System, Linkedin and other social media platforms to source qualified candidates from various industries
  • Conduct initial recruiting screening interviews when requiered
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide administrative support throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain interview and hiring records
  • Prepare and maintain headcount reports
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements

  • 100% fluency in English, with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
  • +4 years of work experience in a fast pased enviorment in a US based company as a Recruiter, Talent aqcuisition specialist or talent sourcer
  • Must have proven experience in candidate sourcing and head hunting, with the ability to quickly identify and engage qualified talent
  • Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
  • Experience with Zoom and zoom
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Proactive approach and strong work ethic
  • Ability to learn quickly and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • You must have your own computer/laptop - the company does not supply equipment
