World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL manages its own loan portfolio and third-party portfolios, specializing in non-performing loan pools and REO.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.

Working hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

The role requires excellent oral and written English communication skills. Resumes must be submitted in English.

About the Job:

We are seeking a proactive, people-focused Recruiter to attract top talent across various roles. You will manage key stages of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and contribute to our company's growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Use our Applicant Tracking System, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to source qualified candidates from diverse industries.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide administrative support during the hiring process.
  • Maintain interview and hiring records.
  • Prepare and update headcount reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • 100% fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment within a U.S.-based company as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Talent Sourcer.
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and headhunting, with the ability to quickly identify and engage qualified talent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Zoom.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Proactive approach with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to learn quickly and excellent organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Own computer/laptop required; company does not supply equipment.
Additional Details:
  • Contract/Consultancy position.
  • PTO available.
  • Salary range: USD $1000 - $1300.
  • 100% remote work from home.
