Job summary

Miratech is seeking an experienced Software Architect to define the technical vision for new products and initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies, and design scalable cloud-native architectures. This remote role requires hands-on engineering experience, leadership, and a focus on modern patterns, AI/ML, and DevOps practices to guide project success.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in software development, architecture, and evolution of enterprise solutions.
• 4+ years in a Software Architect, Enterprise Architect, Engineering Director, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns, software design principles, and distributed systems.
• Defining architectural vision and driving strategic technology decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for new products, platforms, and technology initiatives.
• Research emerging technologies, conduct technical evaluations, and drive Proof of Concept initiatives.
• Design scalable cloud-native, distributed, and hybrid architectures.
• Establish architectural standards, best practices, and engineering guidelines.
• Lead the technical design of complex enterprise and high-load systems.
• Define technology stacks and architectural principles for new solutions.
• Contribute to innovative solutions leveraging modern technologies, including AI/ML, Generative AI, LLM, and intelligent automation.
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies.
• Support engineering teams in solving complex technical challenges and making key architectural decisions.
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical solution assessments.
• Contribute to technical strategy, product roadmaps, and long-term product evolution.
• Mentor technical leads and senior engineers.
