Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to design and implement customized Salesforce solutions in a fully remote capacity. You will tackle complex challenges across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud while aligning with product owners and architects.

The role emphasizes building scalable integrations, data modeling and performance tuning, with strong focus on security controls and enterprise-grade sharing models.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex skills.
• Experience in complex sharing models and enterprise security controls.
• Strong integration experience across REST/SOAP, Platform Events, Bulk APIs.
• Data modeling, large data volume strategies, and transactional integrity in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using Apex (triggers, batch, queueables, schedulables, platform events) and declarative tools.
• Architect sharing and visibility models aligned with least privilege principles.
• Build integrations with external systems.
• Conduct code reviews and raise engineering standards.
• Translate requirements into secure technical designs with product owners and architects.
• Produce technical documents and ADRs, support release management and production operations.
