Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Revenue & Billing Analyst to own end-to-end billing and accounts receivable in a fully remote, async-first environment based in Turkey. The role emphasizes automation, cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Product and Engineering, and responsibility for MRR/ARR reporting.

The position offers remote work with five hours daily overlap with the UK Finance team, a competitive annual compensation of €43,440 to €54,300, and a remote-work budget to support equipment

Qualifications

• Experience owning billing and accounts receivable or collections.
• Experience resolving complex billing/payment issues directly with customers.
• Experience with subscription/SaaS billing environments.
• Ability to reconcile financial, billing and customer data.
• Proficient with Excel/Google Sheets and financial reporting.
• Interest in automations to improve finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end billing process: invoicing, subscription changes, refunds, failed payments, credit notes, and corrections.
• Manage AR, collections and dunning; resolve payment issues with customers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on complex billing cases; ensure resolution.
• Investigate recurring billing issues and improve processes to prevent recurrence.
• Perform reconciliations across billing, payments, subscriptions, and GL; explain variances.
• Produce and analyze MRR/ARR movement reporting for Finance.
