Ideal candidates hold a Master’s/PhD in a relevant field or 4+ years of experience, with availability to start immediately and commit 15–20 hours across the next days, including daily overlap with PST.

Qualifications

• Master's/PhD in Phylogenetics, Evolutionary Biology, or related field, or 4+ years of experience.
• Strong scientific reasoning, analytical and research abilities.
• Ability to provide detailed feedback and high-quality annotations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in remote settings.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently.
• Available to start immediately and commit ~15–20 hours over next days.
• Overlap with PST of at least 4 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated phylogenetics problems, tasks, and evaluation scenarios.
• Assess scientific accuracy, realism, and grading.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, reasoning, completeness.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and gaps in content.
• Provide annotations, feedback, and quality assessments.
