Kunduz, a global ed-tech startup, is seeking a Live Classes Assistant Coordinator to support tutors and students during online lessons. You will coordinate lesson logistics, help tutors with educational technology, and promote an engaging, smooth learning environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, patient, and a strong communicator, with a willingness to adapt to different teaching styles and provide constructive feedback to enhance each session.

Qualifications

• Must be a third- or fourth-year Education student.
• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
• Excellent communication with tutors and students.
• Comfortable using online educational technology tools.
• Proactive, student-focused, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate lesson logistics with tutors and prepare teaching materials.
• Assist tutors with educational technology and digital tools.
• Engage students to boost participation and monitor live sessions.
