Job summary

Voodoo seeks a Lead Game Developer to drive development of hyper-casual and casual mobile titles. You will join a growing studio, contribute to every aspect of development, and help shape the roadmap for flagship games like Collect'Em All.

Expect hands-on coding, technical leadership, and collaboration with a senior multidisciplinary team. You’ll influence game design, oversee testing, and iterate based on player feedback.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience on Unity or other game engines.
• Successful track record in top-tier mobile games.
• Familiar with optimization issues.
• Comfortable with a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hands-on coding, creating features played by millions.
• Balance and tune core gameplay parameters.
• Manage development cycle with team support and roadmap execution.
• Partner with GM on technical team structure, recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure high coding standards and long-term quality.
• Monitor product health and improve quality with the team.
• Deconstruct and adapt mobile game mechanics.
• Collaborate with product leadership on roadmaps and rollouts.
• Provide technical leadership for the team.
