Job summary

Founders Arm is seeking an Influencer Marketing specialist for a full-time remote role. You will drive brand awareness and customer acquisition by partnering with creators and opinion leaders, vetting influencers, managing outreach, and negotiating terms.

Qualifications

• Strong influencer and social media marketing skills with campaign planning and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and public relations abilities to nurture influencer partnerships.
• Sales-related skills including negotiation, persuasion, and deal structuring for collaborations.
• Strong organizational and project management in a remote environment.
• Analytical so experience with dashboards to interpret campaign metrics.
• Experience with startups, consumer apps, or digital-first brands is a plus.
