Doktar Technologies seeks a Lead Frontend Software Engineer to guide a talented team in building a scalable agriculture tech platform. You will craft frontends, drive best practices, and mentor engineers across Istanbul Izmir regions, with hybrid/remote options and a cloud-first approach.

The role emphasizes architectural leadership, design patterns, testing, and performance while enabling professional growth and cross-functional collaboration within a data-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of software development experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience leading development teams.
• Mastered in Angular, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles.
• Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

Responsibilities
