Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks an AWS Trainium/NKI AI Task Auditor - Freelance AI Trainer Project based in Turkey. You will audit tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems, ensuring accuracy, realism, reproducibility, and technical rigor.

You will review accelerator-focused workflows, model compilation, optimization approaches, and kernel execution behavior, providing actionable feedback to ensure high-quality evaluations.

Qualifications

• Deep professional knowledge of AWS Trainium architecture including model compilation, accelerator optimization, and Neuron Kernel Interface frameworks.
• Strong understanding of AI accelerator workloads and optimizing models and kernels for specialized hardware.
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and evaluate complex technical scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AWS Trainium and Neuron Kernel Interface tasks for technical accuracy, realism, solvability, and reproducibility with reliable tests.
• Review model compilation workflows and accelerator optimization approaches for technical correctness and practicality.
• Assess NKI-based tasks and kernel execution scenarios for potential issues and inconsistencies.
• Identify hardware acceleration inefficiencies, kernel execution bugs, and logic errors affecting evaluation quality.
• Rigorously test complex scenarios to validate expected behavior and outcomes.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback to task authors and evaluators.
• Apply AWS Trainium expertise to ensure high technical standards in training and evaluation workflows.
• Document technical findings clearly across project tasks.
