World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding. WBL services its loan portfolio and loan portfolios for third parties, specializing in the management of non-performing loan pools and REO.

WBL is a U.S.-based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position.

Working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language. Resumes must be submitted in English.

Location:

  • 100% Remote for Turkey, LATAM and India

Essential Functions:

  • Draft, review, and distribute internal corporate communications, including new hire and anniversary announcements, newsletters, training materials, and internal emails.
  • Prepare and manage content for the company’s SharePoint intranet, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible.
  • Develop and maintain organizational charts and assist in preparing agendas and presentations for company meetings and offsite events.
  • Ensure all communications align with company messaging and branding standards.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline internal communication processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of corporate communications and distribution schedules
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or a related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) with editorial and linguistic expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for creating and editing presentations.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Adaptable and proactive, with a positive attitude and ability to multitask.
  • Experience managing internal communications platforms such as SharePoint is a plus.
