Job summary

Qualifications

Practicing or recently qualified commercial attorney with experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
Knowledge of MSAs, lease, IP, and marketing agreements.
Strong written and verbal communication; precise contract language.
Ability to create or adapt legal documents for real-world use cases.
Experience with remote collaboration and autonomous work.

Responsibilities

Draft, review, and provide templates and samples of MSAs, leases, IP licensing, marketing, and licensing agreements.
Ensure agreements meet current legal standards and commercial needs.
Submit well-structured documents for AI training dataset.
Communicate requirements and deliverables clearly, in writing and verbally.
Collaborate remotely and deliver assignments autonomously.
