Job summary

OME Real Estate is seeking a motivated Remote Appointment Setter based in Turkey to support our Dubai-based sales team. This part-time, remote role focuses on scheduling appointments for English-speaking clients and coordinating with agents in Dubai.

You will work 4 hours daily (10:00–20:00, six days/week), handle Turkish and English communications, maintain call quality, and update CRM records. Prior appointment-setting experience is a plus, with training provided.

OME Real Estate Dubai is looking for a motivated and reliable Remote Appointment Setter based in Turkey to support our sales team. This is a part-time, remote position, focused on contacting English-speaking clients and scheduling appointments for our agents.You will work remotely, communicate with international clients, and play a key role in generating qualified appointments for our real estate team in Dubai.

• Contact clients and prospects to schedule appointments in English & Turkish


• Communicate professionally and confidently with international clients


• Follow up on leads and confirm appointments accurately


• Update CRM systems with call outcomes and appointment details


• Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers


• Maintain high call quality and professionalism at all times


• Location: Remote (work from anywhere in Turkey)


• Working Hours: 4 hours per day, Flexible schedule between 10:00 – 20:00 (6 days per week)


• Fluent English and Turkish is mandatory (spoken and written)
