Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher required.
• Programme or project management experience.
• Experience with security-sensitive facilities or SCIF environments.
• At least three of the last ten years in stakeholder management.
• Fluent professional English.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Develop security plans and monitor their implementation across project groups.
• Ensure plans are understood and complied with by everyone involved.
• Travel frequently to host nation sites to coordinate progress and provide technical advice — over eighty travel days a year.
• Support the programme director on site with stakeholder engagement and communication at political, operational and tactical levels.
• Identify requirements, policy developments and engineering publication reviews relevant to the programme.
• Coordinate with security, policy and operations to stay aligned with alliance practice.
• Review and update security policy, documentation and classification guides, and author relevant sections of capability programme plans.
• Support the management of classified material.
• Develop and deliver presentations and training on security procedures.
• Keep every work strand linked to the rest of the office and other capability teams.
