Job summary

Flora Food Group is seeking a Regulatory Affairs leader to ensure regulatory compliance across the AMEA region, including Turkey. You will lead assessments for new projects, guide labeling and nutrition claims, and monitor regulatory changes while building strong relationships with authorities and industry bodies.

This role reports to the Regulatory Affairs Manager and collaborates with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Requires strong expertise in regulatory affairs within the food industry.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external authorities is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory assessments for new projects and innovations, ensuring compliance with regional requirements.
• Guide and train cross-functional teams on product compliance, labeling, nutrition, and health claims.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory changes across the AMEA region, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with regulatory authorities, industry associations, and third-party service providers.
• Represent Flora Food Group in external forums to influence regulatory developments and advocate for the company’s interests.
