We are looking for a "Regional Sales Manager" located in Kocaeli for our business partner in motor vehicle parts manufacturing industry.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (preferably)
- Minimum 15 years of experience in regional sales management within the food, FMCG, or durable goods sectors with at least 5 years in team and distributor/dealer management
- Proven track record in managing high turnover (e.g., €50 million)
- Experience in setting targets, monitoring performance, and driving sales growth in the distributor and dealer channel
- No travel restrictions (willingness to travel out of town twice a month)
- Good command of English, both spoken and written
- Strong background in increasing market share, acquiring new markets and customers
- Strategic planning and budget management experience
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated leadership, team motivation, and coaching ability
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Plan and implement sales and marketing activities in the dealer/distributor channel in the assigned regions, in line with company sales targets and strategies.
- Monitor dealer/distributor performance, track sales targets, and take action for unmet targets.
- Set targets for dealer sales teams, prepare route plans, schedule field visits, and evaluate their performance.
- Develop joint campaigns, promotions, and sales-boosting projects with dealers to increase target market share.
- Conduct research for new dealers/distributors in regions where target market share has not been achieved.
- Monitor sales, orders, and collection processes of existing customers.
- Carry out visits and communication activities aimed at increasing customer satisfaction.
- Gather and report information about competitor companies, products, and campaigns; monitor market trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans; plan and implement necessary actions to achieve budget targets.
- Regularly present sales, market, and operational reports for the region to management.
- Conduct all activities in compliance with the requirements of the Quality Management System, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), and Environmental Management System.
- Ensure the implementation of quality initiatives launched by headquarters in the region.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the manager in a timely and accurate manner.
