As we continue to grow across domestic and international markets, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Regional Sales Director with proven success in Turkey and international regions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our global footprint and be a key driver of our revenue growth in strategic sectors both nationally and internationally.

What is the Role?

The Regional Sales Director will focus on penetrating medium and large-scale accounts, primarily in Turkey and selected international markets. The role involves developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales across assigned accounts, both domestically and internationally. The position can be based anywhere in Turkey and will require strategic planning, relationship management, and sales execution.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  1. Conduct thorough market research to identify key prospects in Turkey and internationally.
  2. Develop annual business plans with sales and activity goals to meet assigned quotas.
  3. Achieve or surpass sales targets in both domestic and international markets.
  4. Create and manage a consistent activity pipeline and account plans.
  5. Prepare sales forecasts, set targets for product mix, sales volume, and market share, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Enhance knowledge of company solutions and competitive advantages.
  7. Identify and pursue prospects and leads, negotiating terms to maximize success.
  8. Collaborate with departments like implementation and client services to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  9. Develop and execute opportunity and account plans to ensure satisfaction, profitability, and retention.
  10. Build strong relationships with internal and external clients, aiming to exceed expectations.
  11. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing across Turkey and international markets.
  12. Establish relationships with key stakeholders, especially in Telecommunications, Financial Services, and Large Retail sectors.
  13. Create and implement business and sales strategies aligned with global goals.
  14. Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets and KPIs.
  15. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  16. Manage sales forecasts, pipeline development, and performance reporting.
  17. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking to promote brand awareness and generate opportunities.
  18. Provide feedback to influence product development and market strategies.
  19. Adapt strategies considering local cultures, regulations, and buyer behaviors.
  20. Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data (e.g., HubSpot).

We are looking for a passionate professional who has:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of software sales experience targeting senior executives, preferably in SaaS or marketing software industries.
  • Experience selling IT solutions to the Financial Services and/or Telecom industries is a plus.
  • Strong financial understanding and innovative business development skills.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and developing account plans.
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of a second language is advantageous.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
