We are looking for our new Regional Financial Controller to work with us at the MEA Regional Office, located in the Asian side of İstanbul. This role will be reporting to the Regional Control & Reporting Manager.

Job Description

In this role, you will be:

  • Collecting financial figures from MEA subsidiaries and consolidates data for a proper financial reporting,
  • Analyzing financial figures of MEA subsidiaries and presents to the group,
  • Completing monthly closing reports for all subsidiaries in the region,
  • Supporting forecast studies for MEA budgeting period, consolidates related data and figures,
  • Collaborating with MEA subsidiaries to prepare their annual budgets according to group standards,
  • Monitoring MEA subsidiaries’ budgets and prepares consolidated budget for the region,
  • Contributing to the development of financial procedures and reporting tools for both MEA Management and MEA subsidiaries,
  • Supporting Financial Managers/Financial Controllers of each subsidiary for their questions related to financial processes and requests explanations from them about financial figures if it is necessary,
  • Taking active part in projects related to reporting automation.
Qualifications

If you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or Management Engineering departments of universities; graduate degree on financial management will be considered as an asset,
  • Have a minimum experience of 5 years on controlling in an industrial environment, preferably FMCG or production,
  • Hold 2–3 years of external audit experience,
  • Are a key expert of financials (P&L, Balance Sheet, treasury, production cost, CAPEX, etc.),
  • Possess solid experience of IFRS (local accounting knowledge is a plus),
  • Are a proficient user of MS Office; especially MS Excel,
  • Have used HFM/Hyperion and SAC in your past experiences (SAP knowledge is a plus),
  • Speak advanced level of English (also French - which is an asset),
  • Are a pragmatic and rigorous individual with analysis and synthesis spirit,
  • Adapt strong communication skills (to interact with multiple countries),
  • Don't have military obligations.
