Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Building excellent and long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
• Acquiring new clients through active business development
• Maintaining and strengthening existing commercial relationships
• Assessing and responding to client's needs in order to provide outstanding and timely service
• Advising clients and candidates about the latest market trends
• Managing the whole candidate process from sourcing to offer stage and beyond
• Offering CV and interview advice to candidates
• Managing and prioritising a multitude of different tasks and projects

• Have a university degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or similar discipline from reputable universities;
• Have min. 2 years of work experience in Account Management, Business Development or Finance,
• Show excellent interpersonal skills, and a have a genuine interest in recruitment,
• Solid Technology knowledge,
• Carry a strong sense of team spirit, have a positive attitude, comfortable in a sales driven environment and be able to deal with day-to-day challenges,
• Be fluent in English.
