Job Description

As a recruitment consultant, your role is dynamic and fast-paced, involving business development, client and candidate management, and market analysis. Daily tasks include:

  1. Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
  2. Acquiring new clients and maintaining existing relationships
  3. Responding to client needs with excellent service
  4. Providing market trend advice to clients and candidates
  5. Managing the candidate process from sourcing to offer
  6. Offering CV and interview advice to candidates
  7. Prioritizing multiple tasks effectively

The Successful Applicant

  1. Hold a university degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar field from reputable universities
  2. Have at least 2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Finance
