Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Technical Supporter to serve Metro/Public Railway customers, acting as the main technical liaison between customers and internal teams. You will respond to requests with quality, cost, and target orientation, maintaining strong relationships and providing deep technical insights.

You will collaborate with Field Services and engineering teams to resolve issues, support sales activities, and deliver presentations on solutions and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electro‑Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• As a Technical Supporter, act as the primary interface between customers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Provide technical recommendations to support the Sales team and resolve issues.
• Develop in‑depth knowledge of Wabtec products and services used in the domestic market.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations highlighting solutions and value creation.
• Plan and conduct local technical events and customer visits to monitor product usage.
