About the Role

As a Specialist within Hilton’s Center of Excellence, you will provide end-to-end support across both Revenue Assurance tower. This position offers broad exposure to people and process management within our above-property model, supporting a growing portfolio of hotels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and validate revenue transactions across multiple hotels to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform daily and monthly revenue reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure proper configuration of systems and alignment with Hilton’s revenue recognition policies.
• Analyze revenue trends and provide insights to support business performance and decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the Revenue Assurance tower.
