Job summary

3M Cerkezkoy Plant in Turkey is seeking an R&D Product Engineer to drive technology transfer and scale-up initiatives across production lines. You will collaborate with R&D, quality, and operations to implement new processes and solve complex technical challenges.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science, plus hands-on experience in scale-up, technology transfer, and bilingual communication in English and Turkish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or science field.
• Professional experience in scale-up and technology transfer in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Perform and guide programs of major importance to support innovative applications and extensions of technologies.
• Lead and support implementation and scale-up of new technologies into manufacturing.
• Provide technical support to maintain and troubleshoot current technologies to minimize downtime.
• Manage and execute product and technology transfers across lines and locations for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with R&D, quality, and operations to achieve business objectives.
• Apply statistical thinking and data analysis to evaluate processes and drive improvements.
• Demonstrate ability to solve complex technical challenges.
• Interface with customers to ensure technical success of projects.
