You will design, build, and optimize automated execution and hedging systems across crypto exchanges, implement dynamic strategies, own the full lifecycle from research to deployment and live monitoring, and continuously improve systems for latency,

Qualifications

• Strong CS fundamentals and problem-solving ability.
• Hands-on experience with quantitative or algorithmic trading systems.
• Understanding of market microstructure, order books, and slippage.
• Experience building production-grade, 24/7 real-time systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize automated execution and hedging systems.
• Develop execution algorithms, netting, and dynamic hedging strategies.
• Build systems to manage, rebalance, and risk-manage inventory positions.
• Own the full lifecycle from research to deployment and monitoring.
• Analyze market microstructure, order book dynamics, and trading performance.
• Utilize Go for core execution services and Python for research.
• Make architecture decisions balancing latency, risk, and costs.
• Improve live trading systems for observability and resiliency.
