A leading automotive manufacturer in Turkey is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee vehicle quality at the Eskişehir Plant. The ideal candidate will have an engineering background, extensive experience in quality assurance, and knowledge of Ford systems. Responsibilities include conducting quality tests, ensuring compliance, and leading improvement initiatives to enhance product quality. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication in both English and Turkish.

Purpose Of The Role & Responsibilities
Playing a role in taking action and taking action for issues affecting Eskişehir Plant vehicle quality. Within the scope of Ford Production and Quality Systems, to examine the Ford Global vision and to further this vision. Carrying out vehicle quality tests in accordance with Ford systems. As a requirement of its role, the employee must review internal audit data and external customer complaints, and accordingly, ensure that the actions and priority issues necessary to protect external customers are put on a proper agenda.
In order to carry out the production at targeted quality level, to give final quality approvals of vehicles before shipment, to check that the products comply with the legal requirements, to follow up and finalize all internal and external customer complaints. To ensure that the vehicles selected randomly from the daily production are carried out within the framework of Ford's vehicle evaluation system, and to evaluate the results and report them to the management.
In general, this role contributes to the vision of quality beyond the expectation of customer by contributing to the reduction of final customer claims
Experience with automotive and industrial energy storage system designs at a high level and best practices
Experience with production and product Development experience, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
Experience with requirement documentation, compliance, generation
Graduated from Engineering faculties of universities, preferably from Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy and Automotive departments
Problem Solving FTEM-1
Preferably FTEM1 level Vehicle Control Expertise - FTEM 2
