Quality Management Systems and Dealer Auditing Specialist

For the position of Doğuş Otomotiv Quality Management Systems and Authorized Dealer Auditing Specialist;

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Specialist to join our team in the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Completed undergraduate education (preferably) in engineering,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive sector,
• Proven experience in Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.),
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
• High planning and organizational skills,
• Open to innovations, following the sector and innovations closely,
• Excellent communication, verbal and written persuasion and negotiation skills,
• Willingness and ability to travel as required,
• Residing in Istanbul,
• A Class B driver's license with active driving experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Works by considering OEM standards and Turkish market dynamics on the management and supervision of the authorized dealer network, which is the sales and service channel of the brands Doğuş Otomotiv represents.
• Follows the development of new showroom and service concepts that will meet today's technologies and customer needs, and the implementation processes of the concepts.
• Establishes the connection between OEM and in-house functions in the import and authorized dealer/service contract processes of VW AG brands. Evaluates opportunity & risk analyzes of contract processes within the company and in the dealer network, considering the possible effects, discusses with the OEM for national adaptation requests when necessary.
• Works for the realization of projects covering business ideas for the dealer network within the scope of Doğuş Otomotiv's strategic focus areas.
• Conducts routine audits within the dealer network throughout the country and reports to the OEM within the scope of OEM and ISO standards. In connection with these processes, he/she follows the literature from the OEM, participates in relevant domestic and international meetings / trainings and makes presentations.
• Contributes to the coordination of works within the scope of integrated management systems (quality management, information security management, environmental management, energy management, occupational health and safety management, etc.) inside the company, together with the team.
