Hyundai Motor Türkiye is seeking a Quality Management Specialist based in İzmit/Kocaeli.

Responsibilities:

• Review and follow-up on the Quality Division's business plans
• Prepare, follow up, and report on major job plans to management
• Monitor and report on cost-saving initiatives
• Manage pre-delivery inspections
• Handle inspection issues and oversee the implementation of quality improvement actions
• Manage the Quality Division's budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Material Engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
• Excellent communication skills for effective problem-solving
• No travel restrictions; holds a B-class driver’s license and willing to travel as required
