Job summary

HubX is seeking a QA Engineer for the Next to join our team. You will design, implement and maintain tests across functional, regression, integration and end-to-end levels, while collaborating with PM and development teams to ensure high-quality releases.

You will also drive the test strategy, automate where possible, and contribute to QA best practices within an agile environment, focusing on mobile platforms and Fast-paced delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software testing.
• Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases.
• Experience with Firebase products (Remote Config, Crashlytics, App Distribution, BigQuery).
• Experience with in-app purchase flow in mobile platforms; knowledge of RevenueCat/Adapty.
• Ability to create and maintain automation tests in a fast-moving Agile delivery.
• Experience driving quality through process, instrumentation, requirements, and testing.
• Efficient in effort estimation, planning, prioritization and time management.
• Fast learner with good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Some of your responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and execute functional, regression, integration and end-to-end tests,
• Analyze requirements for the current and new projects, develop test strategy and test plans,
• Perform automated efforts for products which will help your own process, it is always great to make processes automated!
• Help define, improve and implement QA best practices
• Use existing tools and techniques to execute test cases
• Interact with project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project and testing objectives,
• Design and create test scenarios and scripts regarding acceptance criteria

What we look for

• 2+ years of experience in software testing,
• Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and test cases,
• Experience with Firebase products (Remote Config, Crashlytics, App Distribution, BigQuery) is a great plus
• Experience with in app purchase flow in mobile platform and knowledge in using tools like Revenuecat, Adapty etc.. is a great plus
• Ability to create and maintain automation tests within fast-moving Agile delivery

Nice to have

• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman
• ISTQB or equivalent software testing certification
• Familiarity with mobile analytics and engagement platforms such as AppsFlyer and OneSignal
• Experience in localization and internationalization testing
