About This Position

We are looking for a QA Engineer who will work with us on creating the best possible automated tests to ensure quality for our customers as well as our internal teams. As an early joiner, you will collaborate with growing engineering teams to shape how our digital products are delivered to our expanding international customer base. Your expertise will help ensure our systems are stable and utilize state-of-the-art technology to meet the growing needs of our customers and team.

Your Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate, recommend, and implement automated testing tools and strategies for our mobile, web, and backend applications and services.
• Create, configure, and maintain infrastructure around automated tests.
• Work closely with Software Engineers to promote testing awareness.
• Review application architectures, engage in pair programming, and conduct code reviews to improve testability.
• Innovate on the latest test tools and techniques.
• Assist in identifying root cause bugs and occasionally share manual testing duties.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT-related fields, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in test automation for mobile, web, or backend applications.
• Good knowledge of API testing.
• Experience setting up tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of software engineering design patterns and principles.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Preferably ISTQB certification.
• Experience introducing the latest testing technologies in commercial environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
• Team player in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
