Job Description

  • Accountable for the procurement process within the category
  • Maintaining records of acquisitions by generating purchase orders through ERP software (SAP)
  • Verifying invoices for accuracy
  • Maintaining and strengthening the network and relationships with suppliers
  • Conducting market research to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative supplier and contractor sources
  • Assessing supplier performance to ensure consistent quality in delivery and service, in accordance with company guidelines
  • Compiling reports to monitor budget and purchasing performance
  • Ongoing coordination and communication with internal stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Economics, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is must
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Focused on quality and detail-oriented
  • Adaptable and eager to learn and grow
  • No limitations on travel
